Delighted to present a copy of the Early Day Motion I laid at Westminster to mark the retirement of former RNLI Troon Lifeboat Coxswain Colin (Joe) Millar and recognise his more than 3 decades of service.

As Joe said in response, the Lifeboat is a Team affair, so my thanks to all the men and women who crew our local lifeboat – for putting yourself at risk to save others.

RNLI Troon Lifeboat – 668 lives saved since 1871!
